Danielle Jenkins Henry, LMFT is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Workplace Wellness Consultant, Speaker, and former global marketing executive at Microsoft. She brings a rare and powerful lens to workplace wellbeing—blending clinical expertise with lived experience navigating the realities of corporate life as a Black woman in tech.
Now an Adjunct Professor and a 2020–2021 AAMFT Minority Fellow trained in EMDR, Danielle helps organizations create sustainable wellness strategies that address racial stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue in diverse workforces. Her work centers the emotional lives of high-performing professionals—especially women and people of color—through actionable, healing-centered programming that encourages authentic leadership, courageous communication, and lasting transformation.
After an unexpected and painful career disruption, Danielle pivoted with purpose—committing her life to helping others break free from the invisible burdens of oppression and hustle culture. Today, she partners with companies, ERGs, and leadership teams to foster cultures where people feel safe to grow, empowered to lead, and well enough to thrive.
Based in Seattle, Danielle is also a proud mom, yoga enthusiast, and joy-seeker who believes that reclaiming your well-being is a radical act—and a necessary one.
