Meet Your Facilitator, Danielle
Danielle Jenkins Henry, LMFT is a Therapist and Executive coach, former tech executive with over 13 years of corporate experience, including six years leading global teams at Microsoft. Now, Danielle specializes in workplace wellness programs that address stress, resilience, and inclusivity, particularly for women and people of color.
Her personal experiences navigating systemic bias in tech fuel her dedication to creating empowering spaces for underrepresented employees, supporting their mental health, and promoting organizational resilience. With expertise in mental health, racial equity, and leadership, Danielle is a dynamic speaker and facilitator, helping teams foster a culture of well-being, support, and productivity.
